Mainly down to personal choice what you ride but here are the advantages and disadvantages of both

STOCK (26inch)
Advantages:
Easier to get to your riding spot
Looks like a normal bike
Easy to roll down
More surface area to land on wen you get up stuff on the back wheel
Disadvantages:
Heavier than mods
More effort needed
Gaps are harder
Less balance on back wheel because of skinnier tires
Single bolt for magura

Advantages:
Easy to learn on
Not much effort needed
Light weight
Dual bolt magura mount
Easy to gap
Disadvantages:
Gay people say 'kool bmx' and 'show us a grind'
Easy to go over the bars
Parts are rare
Need pin point accuraccy to land up stuff on the back wheel
